3.1

Parts of the premises are water damaged and require maintenance. This is affecting the consultation room, which could limit the facilities the pharmacy has for people to have a conversation with a team member in private.

The premises is leased by the property we have notified the Harlow council they have done half job and still need paint to be done they said it will take another few weeks to dry up, hopefully they will do it otherwise I will have to do it with their approval as council tenants I am no allowed to do any repair without consent.

The pharmacy cannot sufficiently demonstrate that it stores its medicines that require cold storage appropriately.

There are three NPA approved fridges in the premises and the temperature are recorded regularly.
