The pharmacy team is unable to access Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). They also do not formally record or review any mistakes due to being unable to access the systems.

All members of staff have confirmed access to online portal for SOPs .
All staff have reviewed the SOPs near miss/ dispensing errors/incidents and will record errors in line with the policies
