CD Balance check was done on 1st July 2024 after change of management. All balance as per ECDRx were correct. We have done another CD balance check on 15/8/24 All correct. Going forward, all CD balance check will be done before end of each month. |

We have a new pharmacy manager. All near miss/errors are recorded straight on PMR now. New set of SOP have been done. Will be at Pharmacy by end of Aug. Staff will be given time to read, understand and sign the relevant sections. |
