1.1	The pharmacy doesn't adequately identify and manage all risks associated with the services it provides. This includes the risks relating to the the way it manages the area where team members dispense medicines.	All SOPs are electronically stored and signed as the system went live on the day of the visit after a prolonged technical issue. All electronic SOPs have been updated and signed as of April 2022. 3.1	The pharmacy does not keep all areas of its premises in a suitable condition both for the team and the services it provides. Areas where team members dispense is untidy and excessively cluttered. This increases risk of mistakes and creates a significant tripping hazard. And a fire exit is obstructed by the clutter.	At the time of the visit there were 400 dispensed and not checked prescriptions awaiting time for a pharmacist check. This could not happen due to the meetings occurring but normal service resumed and the pharmacy is clear and tidy. The ‘fire exit’ mentioned is not a fire exit, it is the loading area for bins and waste material leaving the building. The loading area is clear now that the waste has been collected.	06/05/2022	20/04/2022
