Near miss logs, incident reporting is all present and available for the stores to record, however staff need constant reminder to ensure errors are logged. The area manager will now be reviewing all logs periodically to ensure the pharmacy is actively logging data in realistic time frames. |

The location of the waste medicine has always been allocated to be inside the pharmacy premises area, since the bin can be moved around we have decided to order a wall fix bin which will ensure its location can not be moved. |
