Review pharmacy workload and staffing levels

Dispensing of prescriptions to be caught up to date

Staffing to be reviewed to maintain workload levels and respond to queues, in line with Company guidance (see 1.4, 2.1)

Patient safety review briefing to be undertaken monthly

Remind all pharmacy team members of the requirement to use Pharmacist Information Forms (PIF) and their importance

All pharmacy team members re-complete Company e-Learning on data protection and handling confidential information

The pharmacy asks customers for their views but recent feedback on the length of time it takes for customers to be served has not been addressed.

Brief all store colleagues that customers wishing to wait for their prescription should be directed to the waiting area
