Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy which is based in Bedminster in Bristol. It serves its local population which is mixed in age range and background. The pharmacy opens six days a week. The pharmacy sells a range of over-the-counter medicines, dispenses NHS prescriptions, and provides treatment for a range of minor ailments. This was a re-inspection of the pharmacy following an inspection in January 2026 where the pharmacy was found to be not meeting standards 1.1, 3.1, 4.2 and 4.3, but was meeting the other standards. This re-inspection focused on the standards which had previously not been met. Following the last inspection, the pharmacy has taken steps to ensure that they learn from any incidents that happen. They have also re-organised the pharmacy, improving the way that medicines are stored.
