Pharmacy context

This private pharmacy is located alongside other shops and local services in the Oscott area of Sutton Coldfield. The pharmacy provides a face-to-face private weight management service and dispenses prescriptions issued by the pharmacist independent prescriber. There are some other private services available such as ear wax removal and travel vaccinations.

This was a reinspection following an inspection in February 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1 and 3.1. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has taken steps to address the issues identified at the last inspection such as implementing a more robust process for risk assessments and has completed a refit of various areas of the pharmacy premises.
