The building work that was due to be completed before the pharmacy opened is not finished and people have been visiting the pharmacy for treatments and for training despite this. The standard of decoration and upkeep does not reflect a professional image in keeping with the types of services that are being provided. This includes replacing the signage outside the pharmacy, renovation work on the downstairs entrance room, the stairs and landing, bathroom, and upstairs clinic room. |
The pharmacy will immediately address the maintenance issues and ensure the premises is properly maintained and suitable for the services provided. This includes completing all outstanding building work as well as addressing any ongoing renovations that are yet to be finished. The signage outside the pharmacy premises will be replaced to ensure it reflects a professional image consistent with the nature of the services offered. Until the premises is fully completed, the pharmacy will not allow patients or staff to visit the premises for treatments and/or training to prevent any risks or disruptions caused by unfinished areas.
