Inspection outcome: Standards met
Last inspection: 20/08/2026
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is in a parade of businesses in a residential area in Rickmansworth. It dispenses NHS and private prescriptions, sells over‐the‐counter medicines and offers healthcare advice. It supplies medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs for people who have difficulty managing their medicines. The pharmacy delivers medicines to people’s homes and provides NHS Pharmacy First and new medicines services. This was a reinspection following an inspection in January 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.6. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The responsible pharmacist logs are now completed daily to reflect who is responsible on each day.
