Pharmacy context
This supermarket pharmacy is in the market town of Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. Its main services include dispensing NHS prescriptions and selling over-the-counter medicines. It provides NHS consultation services including the Pharmacy First service, blood pressure checks and the New Medicine Service (NMS).
This was a routine inspection of the pharmacy which focused on the core Standards relating to patient safety. Not all the Standards were inspected on this occasion. The pharmacy was last inspected in March 2016.
