Inspection outcome: Standards met
Last inspection: 17/03/2026
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is located within a parade of shops in a residential area of Southeast London. The pharmacy mainly serves the local community. It dispenses NHS prescriptions received electronically and provides travel vaccines and the Pharmacy First service. It also offers ear wax removal and skin tag removal. And it supplies medicines in multi‐compartment compliance packs to some people who need help remembering to take their medicines at the right times. This was a reinspection following an inspection in October 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.1. This reinspection focused on this Standard which had previously not been met. The pharmacy’s Standard Operating Procedure for its cryotherapy service has now been updated to include GP referral. The pharmacy has also put in place procedures to signpost the person if treatment is not suitable.
