Pharmacy context

This pharmacy is located on an industrial estate in Wembley, London. It is an online pharmacy which dispenses people’s prescriptions and offers a delivery service. It supplies multi-compartment compliance packs to help people take their medicines at the right time. It also offers remote consultations and some medicines through the Pharmacy First service, and provides health advice. This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in June 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1, 1.2, and 4.2. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Since the inspection the pharmacy have stopped the sale of medicines through its website and no longer offer prescribing services through a third party provider.
