Inspection outcome: Standards met

Last inspection: 11/05/2026

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

This is a community pharmacy in a parade of shops on a busy road in Lewisham. It is close to a medical centre. The pharmacy provides NHS services such as dispensing, the Pharmacy First service, NHS contraceptive service, and the Hypertension Case Finding service. It supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to people who need this additional support. It provides NHS Covid and Flu vaccinations under national Patient Group Directions (PGDs). And the pharmacy offers a delivery service. This was a reinspection following an inspection in December 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 3.1. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met. Since the inspection, the pharmacy had addressed the maintenance issues. The leak has been fixed, the lights are working properly, and the security box has been firmly attached to the wall.
