Lewisham Pharmacy (1123686) - Improvement action plan

The pharmacy has several maintenance issues which have continued for some time and have not been sufficiently resolved. There is a leak in the ceiling behind the dispensary, and some of the ceiling lights are flickering. In addition, a security box has fallen off the wall.

• Immediate assessment completed by landlord and approved contractor. • Leak source identified; repair scheduled including ceiling remediation and repainting. • Faulty lighting fittings to be replaced and electrical safety check undertaken. • Security box to be securely refitted to wall with appropriate fixings or replaced if required. • Ongoing preventative maintenance schedule to be implemented.
