Pharmacy context
This is an independently owned local community pharmacy in Ealing. It offers a range of services including dispensing prescriptions and selling a range of health and pharmacy related products. It also provides a seasonal flu vaccination service, the NHS Hypertension Case Finding Service, the NHS Pharmacy First Service and the NHS New Medicines Service. This was a reinspection of the pharmacy following an inspection in December 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet standards 1.6 and 4.3. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has improved its record-keeping and now generally maintains its records adequately. The pharmacy now also ensures it medicines are stored appropriately and under the required storage conditions.
