Pharmacy context

Independently owned local community pharmacy in Uxbridge. The pharmacy offers a range of services including dispensing prescriptions and selling a range of health and pharmacy related products. The pharmacy also provides the NHS Pharmacy First service and the NHS hypertension Case Finding service. It also offers a seasonal Flu vaccination service. And a Covid vaccination service. This was a reinspection following an inspection in August 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet standard 4.3.This reinspection focused on the standard previously not met, with some additional evidence gathered in relation to risk management and governance. Evidence provided by the pharmacy following the previous inspection indicated that sufficient improvements had been made to meet standards.
