The pharmacy does not store all its medicines in the way that it should. This means that the team cannot be sure that all its medicines are properly secure, or stored in a way that ensures they are safe and appropriate for people.

CD stock levels have been reduced and assurances given that all CDs are now stored in the CD cupboard.
Assurances received that team members are being retrained to ensure that all stock medicines remain in their original packaging, and to dispense split pack quantities into plain white cartons where appropriate.
