Inspection outcome: Standards met
Last inspection: 07/01/2026
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is set in a commercial property in a residential area of Epsom. The pharmacy is open five days a week. It doesn’t provide any NHS services. It dispenses people’s private prescriptions, sells over-the-counter medicines and offers health advice. And it provides a range of other private face-to-face services.
This was a reinspection following an inspection in July 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.1 and Standard 4.4. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Overall, the pharmacy has made improvements following feedback from its previous inspection. It has adequate risk assessments and written procedures for the services it provides. And it responds appropriately to safety alerts and recalls, ensuring people receive medicines which are suitable for use.
