Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is located on the ground floor of a busy Integrated Care Centre in the centre of town. The pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions, and it sells a range of over-the-counter medicines. It provides a seasonal flu vaccination service and some other NHS funded services including the Pharmacy First Service. The pharmacy supplies some medicines in multi-compartment compliance aid packs to help people take their medicines at the right time. The pharmacy changed ownership in August 2023.

What does 'pharmacy has not met all standards' mean?
When a pharmacy has not met all standards, they are required to complete an improvement action plan, which you can find via a link at the top left of this page. We monitor progress to check the improvements are made and inspect again after six months to make sure the pharmacy is maintaining these improvements. A new report will then be published.
