Pharmacy context

This hospital pharmacy is within Hull Royal Infirmary. It is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) for the purpose of dispensing prescriptions to a local hospice. The pharmacy department also undertakes dispensing and medicines management services to inpatients. And these activities are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it relocated from nearby premises within the hospital grounds in February 2021.
