Pharmacy context
This community pharmacy is located next to a medical centre in in the town centre. It dispenses prescriptions and sells medicines over the counter. The pharmacy provides additional services such as the NHS Pharmacy First service. And it supplies some medicines in multi‐compartment compliance aid packs to help make sure people take their medicines at the right time. This was a desktop inspection following an inspection in April 2026 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.6. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. The pharmacy has provided assurance that legal records are being suitably maintained and regularly audited.
