Last inspection: 15/05/2026
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy in a residential area of Livingston, close to the local health centre. It dispenses NHS prescriptions including supplying medicines in multicompartment compliance packs. The pharmacy provides NHS services such as Pharmacy First and team members provide advice on minor ailments and medicines’ use. This was a reinspection following an inspection in October 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.6. This reinspection focused on the Standard which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy now accurately maintains records of prescription-only medicines it supplies through patient group directions. And these records include details of the consultation and any referral to other healthcare professionals.
