Last inspection: 29/10/2025
Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes
Pharmacy context
This is a pharmacy which provides its services at a distance and is based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions and offers a delivery service. Its team members prepare medicines inside multi‐compartment compliance packs for people who live in their own homes and for people living in residential care homes.
This was a re-inspection that was focussed primarily on the standards not met during the last inspection which took place on 01/04/2025. The pharmacy had previously not met standards 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 4.1, 4.2 and 4.4. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has made improvements to its working processes to address the issues previously identified.
