Last inspection: 24/02/2026

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

This is a community pharmacy in East London. Its main activity is dispensing NHS prescriptions. It provides a range of services including travel vaccines and the Pharmacy First service. It also offers the ambulatory blood pressure testing service and private blood testing. And it supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to some people who need help remembering to take their medicines at the right times. This was a reinspection following an inspection in November 2025, where the pharmacy did not meet standard 1.1. This inspection mainly focused on standard 1.1 which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has digitalised their standard operating procedures (SOPs) covering the activities of the pharmacy. The SOPs are now available in the pharmacy, and there is evidence that team members have read them. In addition, the pharmacy has improved the ongoing training available to its staff. And it keeps a record of drug alerts and recalls it has received.
