Pharmacy context
The pharmacy is in a suburb of Wakefield. It has an NHS distance selling contract to dispense NHS prescriptions and deliver them to people. The pharmacy supplies multi compartment compliance packs to help several people take their medicines. The pharmacy’s website www.d2dpharm.co.uk/wakefield provides people with details of the services offered and how to contact the pharmacy team. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it was registered in September 2025.

| The pharmacy has not met one or more of the standards for registered pharmacies |
What does 'pharmacy has not met all standards' mean?
When a pharmacy has not met all standards, they are required to complete an improvement action plan, which you can find via a link at the top left of this page. We monitor progress to check the improvements are made and inspect again after six months to make sure the pharmacy is maintaining these improvements. A new report will then be published.
