Pharmacy context

The pharmacy is situated in a closed unit and is the centralised dispensing location (hub pharmacy) for the company's other branches (spoke pharmacies). The pharmacy has an NHS contract as part of which it also supplies medicines directly to patients using a third-party courier service. The main business is the assembly of multi-compartment compliance packs and original pack dispensing for other pharmacies within the same company. The pharmacy has a website, https://www.treatdiscreet.co.uk/ where people can access its pharmacist led prescribing service. It also sells a range of Pharmacy only (P) medicines via the website. The website offers prescription only medicines (POM) for a number of health conditions, including weight loss and asthma. This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in August 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1 and 1.2. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Since the last inspection risk assessments have been reviewed and implemented for all services provided and the pharmacy has completed an audit.
