Pharmacy context

The pharmacy is located in a shopping precinct in Rochdale. NHS dispensing is the main activity, and it also provides a number of other NHS services including Pharmacy First, the New Medicine Service (NMS), contraception, hypertension service and the seasonal flu and Covid‐19 booster vaccination services. The pharmacy also provides a private weight loss service. This was a desktop reinspection following an inspection in September 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standard 1.6. This reinspection focused on those Standards which had previously not been met. Following the previous inspection The Responsible Pharmacist (RP) and private prescription records were being kept in line with requirements.
