Pharmacy context
This is a community pharmacy located in a small shopping centre in the town of Bridge of Don in Aberdeen. Its mains services include dispensing NHS prescriptions and selling over-the-counter medicines. The pharmacist provides prescribing consultations which includes the NHS Pharmacy First Plus service. The pharmacy supplies medicines in multi-compartment compliance packs to help people take their medicines at the right times. And it provides a private influenza vaccination service.
This is the first inspection of the pharmacy since it extended its premises in June 2020.
