Pharmacy context
This was a small pharmacy on the Main Street of the suburb of Halfway, near Cambuslang. It dispensed some 5000 items per month, mostly in the form of repeat prescriptions from local surgeries, MDS (31 patients) and a few substance misuse patients. Other services offered included MAS, CMS, EHC and Smoking Cessation. EHC was provided under a health board PGD. There was no delivery service.

The standards for registered pharmacies are made up of five principles. The pharmacy will also receive one of four possible findings for each of these principles. These are:
