It makes a record of this additional advice to demonstrate that it has been given. The pharmacy delivers medicines to people safely and keeps appropriate records of this. The pharmacy obtains its medicines from reputable suppliers. They store them securely and regularly check that they are still suitable for supply. The pharmacy generally deals with medicines returned by people appropriately.
