The pharmacy premises are suitable for the services provided. And they are appropriately clean, secure, and maintained to an adequate standard. There is a large, bright consultation room where people access services and have confidential conversations with team members.

The pharmacy provides a range of services to help support people living in the local community and in care homes. It manages and delivers these services safely. And it has suitable systems in place, so people receive their medicines when they need them. The pharmacy obtains, stores, and manages its medicines appropriately.
