Pharmacy context
This pharmacy is located in a closed unit in a shopping centre. Members of the public do not usually visit the pharmacy in person unless they are attending a private consultation. Instead, the pharmacy delivers medicines to people in the local area. The pharmacy dispenses NHS prescriptions, and it offers a number of private services including ear wax removal. This was the first routine inspection of the pharmacy since it relocated from nearby premises in January 2026.

What does 'pharmacy has not met all standards' mean?
When a pharmacy has not met all standards, they are required to complete an improvement action plan, which you can find via a link at the top left of this page. We monitor progress to check the improvements are made and inspect again after six months to make sure the pharmacy is maintaining these improvements. A new report will then be published.
