Pharmacy context
A community pharmacy located on a main road between Rose Hill and Carshalton. The pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5:30pm. The pharmacy dispenses between 3800 and 4000 prescription items each month and provides a range of services including over the counter (OTC) sales of medicines, a minor ailments service, medicines use reviews (MURs), new medicines service (NMS), a repeat prescription collection service, an emergency hormonal contraception patient group direction (PGD), an erectile dysfunction treatment service, seasonal influenza vaccinations, smoking cessation, substance misuse treatment for 8 clients and needle exchange. A podiatry service is offered from the pharmacy’s consultation room each Tuesday.
