Inspection outcome: Standards met

Last inspection: 12/06/2025

Since January 2025 our inspection reports are more concise and accessible - find out more about the changes

Pharmacy context

This is a hub pharmacy in Glasgow. It dispenses medicines against NHS prescriptions for other pharmacies within the same retail pharmacy business. It dispenses some of the medicines in compliance pouches which help people take their medicines properly.

This was a reinspection following an inspection in February 2025 where the pharmacy did not meet Standards 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 4.2. This reinspection focussed on the Standards which had previously not been met.

Since the last inspection, the pharmacy has updated its procedures and working arrangements for all its dispensing services. It has improved its monitoring arrangements to keep its services safe. And it has introduced the necessary arrangements to provide dispensing services to its other pharmacies.

What do the summary findings for each principle mean?
