The pharmacy's written procedures are incomplete, and the pharmacy cannot provide assurances that they have considered all of the risks associated with its services.

We will create our own SOPs to suit the bespoke nature of the pharmacy and the company. This will be a comprehensive and detailed set of procedures covering every process, through dispensing to delivery, and every scenario that may occur on a daily basis in the hub pharmacy. Staff will be required to read and sign all SOPs so they fully understand their responsibilities.
We will undertake a written risk assessment. This assessment will systematically identify risks throughout the entire pharmacy process. Measures will be put in place to safeguard against the identified risks. Detailed logs of errors will be documented and formally reviewed and investigated. This will allow the pharmacy to identify processes to improve safety and service.
