Simple Online Pharmacy (9011287) - Improvement action plan

The pharmacy's website is arranged so that a person can choose a prescription only medicine (POM) and its quantity before there has been an appropriate consultation with a prescriber.

Updated 13/11/20. Appointed a Chief Technology Officer, who is hiring 4 new developers, to help accelerate development of the new site. They will be working closely with our newly appointed Head of Patient Care and other key members of the team. The site and requirements are being scoped w/c 16/11/2020, and the start of development is planned for w/c 30/11/2020.
We will aim to complete a full site redesign so that our website complies with the guidelines as stipulated in Guidance for registered pharmacies providing pharmacy services at a distance, including on the internet.
