The pharmacy cannot demonstrate that there is sufficient clinical oversight of its dispensing process. So, this could increase the risk that people receive medicines which are not clinically appropriate for them. |
A review of the dispensing process will be carried out so that a clinical check can be integrated into the current work flow. Dispensary pharmacists will be given contact details of GP leads to escalate issues that may result in inappropriate supply. The management tool Jira will be used. |
