Replace batteries in each existing maximum and minimum thermometer. And monitor temperature range of each refrigerator.

Quarantine and appropriately dispose of refrigerator, and its pharmaceutical stock, which temperatures were not being checked.

Obtain replacement refrigerator and maximum and minimum thermometers.

Review and strengthen the pharmacy’s refrigerator temperature monitoring process to make sure temperature range(s) recorded and monitored daily. And prompt steps are taken if a refrigerator’s temperature is not within range (between two and eight degrees Celsius).
