Day Lewis Pharmacy (1109645) - Improvement action plan

The pharmacy team are working in a very busy environment and explain they do not have the time to complete all tasks in the pharmacy.

A review of the way personnel are being deployed and the times at which they are being deployed is to be carried out by the regional manager (RM) and the regional support manager (RSM). Support is to be given to help pharmacists understand how to manage their workload and that of their staff.
Pharmacists will confer with the RSM when necessary tasks are not being completed so that targeted extra support can be provided.
