All historical records for fridge temperatures, date checking matrix’s, to be retrieved and stored in pharmacy. An updated version of the date checking matrix is in place and being utilised. Fridge temperatures recorded and thermometer probe secured to give an accurate temperature reading. CD cabinet at rear has been secured via bolts to the floor and checked by accountable officer from NHS of England . All expired CD’S have been destroyed and patient return’s also. All stock is safely secured. We aim to undertake monthly checks to ensure processes are being followed. |
