1. Reviewed Actual, Contracted and Allowed hours. 2. There is a 35-hour vacancy. 3. There are plans to recruit 26.25 hours into the dept, and there are further plans – DA to increase hours to make up the rest. 4. There is also double pharmacist cover in place for several days each week to support and opening hours have been reduced to core hours, again to support a safe service, without a reduction in colleague hours. 5. Pharmacist manager will also be starting in July this will further help stabilise the team. |
