The pharmacist manager will provide further information regarding the record keeping in the pharmacy on their return from leave.

The staff members are reviewing the procedures regarding near-misses and dispensing error incidents. The staff have been trained further in how to record near-miss incidents and dispensing errors electronically ensuring they are all easily accessible to review at the end of the month by the manager.

The online records will be monitored monthly to ensure this is being carried out.
