New Pharmacy Manager in position and provided with GPhC report.
New company SOPs re-written where necessary to ensure compliant with modern process changes. All staff across the company to re-read and sign off.
Managers to be advised via conference call and email that all processes stipulated in company SOPs must be adhered to at all times and if uncertain, superintendent to be informed at earliest opportunity.
