MediPAC, which is Rowlands' offsite dispensing solution, will be implemented in the branch w/c 20th January 2020. This will reduce the number of items dispensed locally in branch and enable the team to complete other essential activities. The staff profile for the branch will be reviewed with the Regional Leader, Branch Manager and team to ensure that we can meet the needs of our customers. The recruitment process will commence to further strengthen the skill mix in branch. The team will continue to be supported by second pharmacist cover, an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) and additional locum dispenser cover until recruitment is completed. |
