Meeting with all internal stakeholders to discuss the report and subsequent actions. Full staff review to ensure the correct people in place at the correct time.
Review of workload against staff profile. RP cover in place for every hour the pharmacy is open. Plans in place to train contingency relief pharmacist and support staff. All colleagues to reread and sign the RP SOP.
