2.2

The pharmacy does not identify team members' learning and development needs. And it does not provide them with time or resources to address their learning needs.

Manager has been reminded that measures were put in place so that staff training could take place regularly. Staff to stage lunch hour if required so they can have uninterrupted time in shop doing training modules. This also means staff can have access to shop computer without compromising running of shop.
Staff training progress form now to be completed and sent to superintendent at end of each month to show progress.
