Minor works request for additional storage in the pharmacy to ensure there is adequate storage facilities for pharmacy stock. Stock holding to be continually reviewed during the dispensing process to ensure only required products are ordered to reduce stockholding. Training of LS stock ordering process with team members as per 2.1 Excess OTC stock transferred to another pharmacy to reduce stocking holding within this pharmacy. Review of dispensing area to remove excess clutter and improve dispensing space. Pharmacy medicines storage drawers and shelving to be tidied and re-organised alphabetically. Medicines to be separated by strength and form. Caution stickers to be applied where appropriate to reduce risk.
