R & C Pharmacy (1040568) - Improvement action plan

The medicines counter assistant has started but not completed the accredited training course relevant to the role within the timeframe.

Superintendent and pharmacy manager will ensure that counter assistant completes the relevant training course, and certificates will be emailed over once completed. As the counter assistant has been doing the course very staggered, we have asked for them to restart it to ensure all points and objectives are hit. We have contacted Buttercups to do the training with them. We also have a new counter assistant who will go on this course too.
