We are no longer providing the blood pressure monitoring service, and therefore the BP monitor is no longer required, and it will be disposed of properly. Actioned Pharmacy safety alerts and recalls to be printed off and stored in file folder, to confirm that they have been actioned Patients on long term would be counselled where appropriate e.g. long term Simvastatin prescribed Clarithromycin or more recently Colchicine prescribed for familial Mediterranean fever. |
